Do pre-built media walls require professional installation?
Our pre-built media walls are designed to make installation much easier than building a media wall from scratch. They are not flat pack and do not require plastering on selected designs, helping to reduce mess, stress and installation time.
Many customers use a competent DIY installer, joiner or handyman to fit their media wall safely and correctly. We recommend that the unit is securely fixed in place and that any electrical work, sockets or wiring are carried out by a qualified electrician where required.
This makes our pre-built media walls a more straightforward option compared with a traditional custom-built media wall, while still giving your home a luxury fitted finish
How long does the delivery normally take?
Delivery times depend on the product ordered.
Our pre-built media walls are made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture before delivery.
Media wall electric fires are usually delivered within around 5 working days.
Wall-mounted electric fireplaces are made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture before delivery.
Electric fireplace suites are also made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture before delivery.
Delivery times may vary during busy periods, so please contact our team if you need an estimated delivery time before placing your order.
Do you have any locations near me where I can view your products?
We are a manufacturer selling directly to customers and we currently have one factory showroom based in Burscough, Lancashire.
At our factory showroom, you can view a selection of our pre-built media walls, electric fireplaces, wall mounted electric fires and fireplace suites in person. Visiting our showroom is the best way to see the quality of our media wall woodwork, finishes and electric fire flame effects before placing your order.
We do not currently have additional showrooms or retail locations across the UK. By selling directly from our factory showroom, we can offer premium media wall designs and electric fireplace products without using third-party retailers.
Are pre-built media walls cost-effective compared to building from scratch?
Yes, pre-built media walls can be a cost-effective alternative to building a media wall from scratch. A traditional media wall build may involve separate costs for materials, joinery, plastering, decorating, electrical work and fitting, which can quickly add up.

Our pre-built media walls are made from quality wood materials and are designed, manufactured and finished by our skilled in-house team in Burscough, Lancashire. Each media wall is carefully crafted to create a strong, stylish and premium fitted feature for your home.
The woodwork is built to suit the design of the media wall, including the TV area, electric fireplace opening, shelving, storage options and soundbar space where selected. We then finish the media wall using modern spray-finishing techniques to create a smooth, high-quality appearance.
Choosing a wooden pre-built media wall gives you a luxury fitted look without the need to build everything from scratch, helping to reduce mess, plastering and disruption in your home.
Do you offer collection?
Collection is not available for pre-built media walls. Due to the size, weight and handling requirements of our pre-built media walls, they must be delivered using our approved delivery service. This helps protect the product during transport and ensures the correct delivery process is followed.
Collection may be available for selected media wall fires and electric fireplaces. Please contact our team before placing your order to confirm whether collection is available for the product you wish to purchase.
Do you ship to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White?
No, unfortunately we do not currently ship pre-built media walls to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight.
Our pre-built media wall delivery service is available to mainland UK addresses only, subject to postcode availability. This is due to the size, weight and handling requirements of our media walls, which require a specialist delivery service.

What warranty comes with your Electric Fireplaces?
Warranty cover depends on the electric fireplace series purchased.
Our Advance Series electric fireplaces come with a 2-year warranty.
Our Spectrum Series electric fireplaces come with a 1-year warranty.
Our EverVue Series electric fireplaces come with a 2-year warranty.
The warranty starts from the date of purchase and applies to the electric fireplace only. Proof of purchase will be required for any warranty claim.
If you are unsure which electric fireplace series you have ordered, please contact our team with your order details and we will be happy to confirm the warranty cover for your product.
Can I have the flames on without the heat?
Yes, you can use the LED flame effect without turning the heater on.
This means you can enjoy the realistic flame display and cosy fireplace ambience all year round, even during warmer months when you do not need extra heat.
The flame-only setting makes our electric fireplaces ideal for media walls, allowing you to create a warm and stylish focal point in your living room without using the heating function.
Where does the heat come From?
The heat comes from the heater outlet built into the electric fireplace. On our media wall fires, there are three vents above the glass, with the middle vent acting as the heater outlet.
The heater is angled so the warm air blows down and out into the room, rather than directly upwards towards the TV. This helps make our electric fireplaces a great choice for media walls, as the heat is designed to be directed away from the television area when installed correctly.
Some electric fires have front-facing or upward-facing heat outlets, which may not be as suitable for certain media wall designs. Our angled heater design helps provide supplementary room heating while keeping the TV area better protected.
Always follow the installation instructions and keep all vents clear to allow the electric fire to operate safely and correctly.
Where does my Sky box and other gadgets go?
Your Sky box, media box or other small devices can be positioned behind or near the TV using a suitable bracket.
We sell a Sky box bracket on our website, which is designed to sit next to your TV bracket and keep your media devices neatly positioned without taking up extra space.

Can I change the height and width on the media walls?
Yes, selected pre-built media wall designs can be adjusted in height or width to better suit your room, TV size or installation requirements.
Any changes to the standard media wall dimensions may involve an additional charge, as the woodwork may need to be customised, manufactured or finished differently from the standard design.
If you would like to change the size of a media wall, please contact our team before placing your order. We can advise whether the design can be altered and confirm any additional cost before production begins.
Is there any postcodes in Mainland UK you don’t ship to?
Yes, there are some postcode areas we do not currently deliver to due to courier restrictions, distance, access limitations, or the size and handling requirements of our products.

Do your media walls need plastering?
No, our pre-built media walls do not need plastering.
They are designed to give you a luxury fitted media wall look without the mess, dust and disruption of a traditional built-from-scratch media wall. The woodwork is manufactured and finished before delivery, helping to make installation cleaner, quicker and more straightforward.
This means you can achieve a premium media wall with electric fireplace without needing plastering or messy building work in your home.
Are your media walls flat pack?
No, our pre-built media walls are not flat pack.
They are designed to reduce the stress, mess and work involved in building a media wall from scratch. Selected designs are supplied as ready-to-install media wall units with the woodwork already manufactured and finished before delivery.
Can I buy the electric fire separately?
Yes, selected electric fires can be purchased separately from our media wall packages. This is ideal if you are building your own media wall, upgrading an existing media wall, or replacing an electric fireplace.

Can I put my TV above an electric fireplace?

Can I choose the colour of my media wall?

You can choose from professionally spray-finished colours, textured finishes, or ready-to-paint options if you would prefer to decorate the media wall yourself after installation.
Our media wall woodwork is manufactured in-house and can be finished to create a smooth, premium and professional appearance. We also offer sample packs where available, so you can view colours, textures and finishes in your own home before choosing your final media wall finish.
Can I have a soundbar opening in my media wall?
Yes, almost all of our pre-built media walls can include a soundbar cut-out. A soundbar opening helps create a clean entertainment setup by keeping your speaker neatly positioned within the media wall design.
Soundbar cut-outs are available on all media wall packages except Package 18, Package 19 and Package 20.
If you require a soundbar opening, please select this option when ordering or contact our team before placing your order. We can confirm the available options for your chosen media wall design and help ensure the cut-out is suitable for your soundbar size.
Do your media walls come with the electric fire included?
Yes, all of our pre-built media wall packages include a top-of-the-range Evolution Fires electric fire.

What is the difference between a media wall fire and a wall mounted electric fire?

A wall mounted electric fire is designed to be mounted onto the wall and can be used as a stylish fireplace feature without building a full media wall. Both options can create a modern focal point, but the best choice depends on the look you want and how your room is being designed
Do your media walls hide cables?
Yes, our pre-built media walls are designed with space behind the unit to help feed and hide cables neatly.
This allows cables for your TV, electric fire, Sky box, media devices, games consoles or soundbar to be routed behind the media wall, helping to create a clean and organised entertainment setup.
We recommend planning your TV position, sockets, media boxes and cable routes before installation so everything can be fitted neatly and safely. Any electrical work, sockets or wiring should be carried out by a qualified electrician where required.
Do you provide 3D drawings for media wall orders?
Yes, with every pre-built media wall order, our design team creates 3D drawings once we have your required measurements.
After you provide your TV height, TV width and soundbar dimensions, we prepare 3D drawings showing how your media wall will be set out. These drawings also show the ideal socket positions, helping you and your installer plan the installation correctly before your media wall is fitted.
This helps make the process clearer, reduces guesswork and ensures your media wall, TV, electric fire, soundbar and cables are planned properly for a clean, professional finish.
