Do you offer Installation?
All our pre built media walls are designed for easy installation most of them come in 2/3 parts we have plenty of easy installation videos on our website. Please contact our team, and we can send you the video links
How long does the delivery normally take?
Media Wall orders can take up to 4 Weeks to manufacture.
Media Wall fires take around 5 days to arrive at your home.
Wall-mounted fireplaces take around 3 weeks to manufacture.
Fireplace suites take 3 weeks to manufacture.

What warranty comes with your Electric Fireplaces?
Advance series electric fireplaces come with a 2-year warranty.
Spectrum series fireplaces come with a 1-year warranty.
EverVue Series electric fireplace comes with a 2-year warranty.
Can I have the flames on without the heat?
Yes you can have the LED flames on all year round without the heater on.
Where does the heat come From?
There are 3 vents above the glass the middle one is the heater, the heater is angled and blows down and out it does not effect the TV.
Where does my Sky box go?
You can buy a bracket for your sky box that sits next to your TV bracket you can purchase from our website under the accessories page.
Can I change the height and width on the media walls?
