Media Walls – 6 weeks manufacturing time begins from when the drawings were confirmed not the order date.

Wall-Mounted Fireplaces – 5 weeks manufacturing time begins from the order date.

Electric Suites – 5 weeks manufacturing time begins from the order date.

We are unable to give you order updates during the production process. Before requesting order updates, for Media Walls please check your drawing confirmation date. For Electric Suites and Wall-Mounted fireplaces, please check the order date.
